CREATIVE FOUNDATION:
GRADUATE BURSARY

An exciting new opportunity is being made available for students who have graduated or are about to graduate from UCF. The Creative Foundation, which is the major catalyst for harnessing the arts and creative industries to bring about change and renewal in the historic heart of Folkestone, has announced a bursary scheme that is now open to UCF graduates. The scheme is designed to help one or more graduates each year to further their career by offering a limited period of rent free space in one of the newly-refurbished studios or offices in the Creative Quarter.

The Bursary will take the form of a period of six months' RENT FREE tenancy in one of the Creative Foundation's properties, in order to allow the graduate a period of time to set up a business base and to establish a network of business connections which will help his/her enterprise to flourish.

To qualify, applicants must either be recent graduates or be about to graduate from University Centre Folkestone, and must undertake to make Folkestone their place of residence for the six months bursary residence period.
