We understand that our students might be living away from home for the first time, or needing a bit of extra help to get used to studying at university. Looking after you and your needs and making sure you have the best possible university experience is one of our top priorities so as one of our students you will find there is always someone to talk to.
Student Support Help Desk
Once you are studying with us you can get help and advice from our student support services on any aspect of life at university. Our team at UCF is dedicated to giving out advice and guidance if you need it, or helping out if something goes wrong. The Student Support Help Desk is your first stop for most queries and concerns and can help with all sorts of questions that you may have, ranging from using the computer equipment to finance, student welfare, disability and study support information.
In addition, all the support services of the wider campus network you'd expect are also available to UCF students via the i-zone, the Canterbury Christ Church University student portal.
