Car parking information
The University Centre Folkestone is within walking distance from the bus station in the centre of town and about a 20 minute walk from Folkestone Central train station. The main reception is located in Mill Bay just off Tontine Street. By foot the UCF Reception can be accessed from a number of directions, walkers will probably find it easier to either turn off Tontine Street next to the Androus Cafe and take a short walk uphill where they will find Reception on the right-hand side or by approaching UCF down the hill from Upper Payers Car Park just off Grace Hill, where they will find Reception on the left-hand side. BY TRAIN:
For University Centre Folkestone the nearest train station is: Folkestone Central. A direct service is available from London Charing Cross, Waterloo East and London Bridge to Folkestone Central. From London Cannon Street change at London Bridge and from London Victoria change at Ashford. There are also services from Canterbury East, Canterbury West, Ashford, Maidstone East, Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate and Deal.

From all directions follow all signs for the A260 “Harbour & Town Centre”
From London/Ashford:
Leave the M20 at junction 13 for Folkestone. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A20. At the second roundabout go straight onto Churchill Avenue (A259), signposted for the Harbour. At the third roundabout take the first exit, i.e. go straight on. At the forth roundabout continue onto Hill Road (A260), also signposted to the Harbour. Go right at the next roundabout (still the A260) and continue on, bearing right onto the Dover Road (signposted Town Centre, Harbour). Go under the railway bridge and at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto Southern Way (signposted East Cliff and Warren) and shortly after turn right onto The Tram Road (just before the railway crossing). Continue on and go under the bridge, keep in the right-hand lane, then at the junction turn right into Tontine Street. Keep left and follow signs for “Town Centre”. About 100m along the road turn left at Androus Café. The UCF building is half way up the hill on the right.
From Canterbury:
Take the A2 towards Dover and exit at A260 (signposted Folkestone). Follow the A260 towards Folkestone. Go down the hill and at the roundabout take the 1st exit, Hill Road (A260 – signposted to the Harbour). Go right at the next roundabout (still the A260) continue on bearing right onto the Dover Road (signposted Town Centre, Harbour). CAR PARKING AT UCF:
There is limited car parking space on the Folkestone campus for UCF staff only. For those with disabilities, two designated car parking spaces are available, please arrange these in advance.
